Building our Homestead with Wayne Homes: Rough timeline

After a huge week at our home and a meeting with the Field Manager ( who is fantastic), this is the rough run to the finish line:

11/17 - fix framing of fireplace

11/18 - framers fix garage lip, concrete, drywall delivered

11/25 - Start drywall finish

12/6-7 - ready to paint, cabinets delivered

12/10 - Counters & Trim

12/16 - laminate vinyl

12/17 - carpet

12/20 - Merry Christmas from Wayne Homes if everything works out correctly!

When are they doing the siding? What color did you choose?

We aren't sure. They said the siding crews are the ones that are the most backed up! They would ideally like to side when they drywall, but I'm not sure that is going to happen.

We chose Tuscan Clay siding (which we got in the "upgraded" siding, although I don't remember what it's called) and harvest cedar shakes.
