Basement Concrete. Fireplace frustrations. - Day 71

Our FM insulated the fireplace himself today, but didn't drywall it as per our contract. He also didn't call M back, and neither did our non-WH actual installer who might just be fired by the end of the week. I have never seen my husband so mad! 

The only other thing that got done was our basement floor. Only isn't the best word, because they've been here all day and actually are still here as I write this. They will be working on the floor until 9 or  10 tonight! They picked up dinner again and had to go get diesel for their kick-butt heater.
